After three years of planning and hard work, Marron & Dolce artisan patisserie is open for business.  Our A rated manufacturing kitchen, located on our country property in the Kaipara has been set up to provide an outstanding level of service for all our customers, whether that be for pastry, bespoke wedding cakes, deserts, chocolates or specialty sugar sculpture.

With Marron & Dolce you know you will get the personal services of Clinton Davies, Director and European trained Pastry Chef.  Clinton's extensive experience and traning as outlined in his profile on this blog will ensure you get only the best in consultation and product creation.

Wedding Bouquet Inspired Cakes

A lovely way to link your indulgent chocolate wedding cake supplied by Marron & Dolce is to have us decorate your cake with selected flowers from your very own bouquet.  This provides an effective decorative link with your overall wedding day theme and is a natural, pretty and cost-effective way to customise your wedding cake for your special day.

Our Very Own Free Range Eggs

We are proud to aim for locally sourced ingredients wherever possible for our products and you can't get more local than the orchard on the same country property as the Marron & Dolce kitchen!  We use our own free range eggs in our products, large brown eggs with amazing golden yellow yolks, laid by very happy Barnevelder hens that roam freely in a large fruit orchard.  Using our own eggs, collected daily mean that we can ensure the highest quality and freshest of ingredients which we believe makes all the difference to the final product.
