After three years of planning and hard work, Marron & Dolce artisan patisserie is open for business.  Our A rated manufacturing kitchen, located on our country property in the Kaipara has been set up to provide an outstanding level of service for all our customers, whether that be for pastry, bespoke wedding cakes, deserts, chocolates or specialty sugar sculpture.

With Marron & Dolce you know you will get the personal services of Clinton Davies, Director and European trained Pastry Chef.  Clinton's extensive experience and traning as outlined in his profile on this blog will ensure you get only the best in consultation and product creation.
